Magnetite

Magnetite is a metallic gray stone and has the highest proportion of Iron found in any mineral. Natural Magnetite has only a very slight magnetic pull. Man-magnetized Hematine, which is sometimes referred to as Magnetite, can be very magnetic. Magnetite can attract and repel, energize and calm. Magnetite provides stability, balancing the meridians and spine and aligning us to Earth's electromagnetic fields.  Magnetite helps ground the Root Chakra to the Earth.
