Are you ready to touch the top of your potential? Today, you are going to use pyramid power to fuel your soul's growth. You are done feeling down and stuck at the bottom. Listen along and unlock your spiritual greatness.
Begin by tuning into the crystal pyramid in your hand. What does it mean? What does it do? What does it feel like?
To understand fully, you must first clear the clutter in your mind. Close your eyes, take three deep breaths, and release the tension from your aura with each exhale. Breathe in silence and peaceful stillness with each inhale. Continue to breathe deeply...

Your thoughts and worries become smaller and smaller, fading away into the background. Relaxation and comfort make their way to the foreground of your mind. You can feel the crystal pyramid in your hand and the vibrations it emits into your body.

What do I do Post-Meditation?
