What Club am I in?
Everyone who subscribes to our emails automatically becomes a part of the Satin Crystals VIP club. If you see our newsletters landing in your inbox, you are a part of this club!
Garnet and Ruby Club members will receive an additional email informing you of your status. You also see a discount on your order when you enter the above mentioned club codes.
How do I add a Club Code?
Elite VIP will see a discount when they add codes GARNET3 for Garnet club members and RUBY5 for Ruby club members. If the discount shows up on your order, that means you are a current member of the club. When you arrive at the final checkout page, enter your code in the discount box:
Great news! Your club code can be combined with gift cards and most other discount codes. Here is an example of a promotional custom code being utilized at checkout:
Look here! You can add on multiple codes, such as UNBOXED. This is a product discount available to any customer who doesn't need their item in a Satin Crystals purple box and would rather have simpler packaging.

When can I upgrade?
VIP tiers are assigned once every 6 months.
Here are the qualifying terms for January 2024:
If you have placed at least one order between July 1 - December 31, 2023 AND spent over $300 over the lifetime of your account, you may qualify for the Garnet Club in January 2024.
If you have placed at least one order between July 1 - December 31, 2023 AND spent over $5000 over the lifetime of your account, you may qualify for the Ruby Club in January 2024.
If you did not meet the following qualifications, you are a valued member of the Satin Crystals VIP club. You will have another chance to upgrade when we reassess memberships in July 2024.
Be sure to check our account and see that you place at least 1 order from January 1 - June 30, 2024 to qualify for an elite club in July. Your total lifetime spend must also have reached $300 for Garnet Club membership and $5000 for Ruby Club membership.
How do I maintain my status?
Once you have achieved Garnet or Ruby membership for the first time, maintaining your status is super easy! Simply place at least one order per six months while logged into your account.
Those who do not maintain their status will be reassigned to the Satin Crystal VIP club at the next assessment. However, you can easily bounce back to an elite club in the following cycle by ordering again.
