What's the Latest Meteorite on Offer?

The latest meteorite offering is Eucrite, gifted to us by the Asteroid Vesta.

Call me a nerd, but each and every time a new Meteorite falls into the Satin Crystals collection, I can't help but get super excited.

What is Eucrite?

Eucrite comes from a gigantic Asteroid of our Asteroid Belt, named 4 Vesta. This name comes from the Roman Goddess Vesta. It is the brightest Asteroid visible to Earth, and second largest in that system. About 1-2 billion years ago, Vesta chucked some fragments to Earth, the Meteorites now known as Eucrite.  Therefore, Eucrite is unique in that it holds the power of Goddess Vesta.

Now gather around all you space lovers, alien fanatics, astronomy superstars, astrology nuts, metaphysical souls, and mythology followers to learn about the story of Vesta.

The Story of Goddess Vesta

Vesta is one of the major players in Roman mythology. Sister to Jupiter (Zeus according to the Greeks), she and her other siblings were swallowed by her Father Kronos. Jupiter had managed to evade being swallowed alive, and freed them all.

Being as beautiful as she was, Vesta attracted the attention of Apollo and Neptune. Vesta wasn't interested in their affections, and asked Jupiter permission to remain a virgin.  Hence, she became the Goddess of Home and Hearth, keeping peace and harmony in Jupiter's domain. She is known for domestic tranquility.

Because Eucrite originates from Vesta's Asteroid, it brings with it her energies of beauty, peace and tranquility. The cosmic Meteorite is a perfect addition to your home and hearth- a reminder that you are far greater than just your physical shell.

One-of-a-Kind Eucrite Awaits

Eucrites are achondritic stony Meteorites of the HED clan.

Here at Satin Crystals we have only one exclusive piece of Eucrite, coming in a gift-ready suspension box. Snap this Goddess' Gift while it lasts.

I hope to find and provide you with many more in the near future, Vesta be willing.
