Thank you so much for the info! I’ll try the sea salt. The meteor is set with shungite and spinel.

Hi Susan, Moonlight is a great way to charge your meteorites, but I wouldn’t opt for the water for jewelry pieces set in metal. Instead I would place it on a crystal cluster or slab if you have one. Alternately, you could also place it in a bed of brown rice or sea salt. Let me know how it goes!

Reading up on meteorites you say to clean, charge and program them. What’s the best way to do that when the pieces are in jewelry with other stones set in silver? Rain water under a full moon a good way?

Sheila Satin - May 11, 2020

Hello Shishir, thanks for your email. Unfortunately, we will not be able to identify your meteorite online. You will want to find a local mineral or meteorite dealer in your area to help you out in-person.

You could also try to post on www.mindat.org where there are many skilled minerogists.

Sincerely,
Sheila Satin
