CUSTOMER QUESTIONS & ANSWERSAsk a Question
I am looking for a gift for friend, who really loves crystals. And, I think she would love your products. Though, I have a few questions, if possible, please. I was wondering, are ALL of your gem stones authentic/certified? Or, are they for decorative use only? And, if they are genuine, are any of them heat treated or dyed? And, again if so, do you send a certificate along with the product, by any chance? I couldn’t find this information anywhere in here, or in your website. Thank you very much, in advance. Cheers, D.
Thank you for your inquiry. Our crystals are authentic and we have 100% star rating plus satisfaction guarantee. If you would like more information on a certain product, please paste the product title in the email and we can tell you more about it (though most have descriptors in the listing). As for certificates... sometimes people will ask if a Satin Crystals gem or meteorite comes with a certificate of authenticity. The answer is no. Most of the "COA's" offered by other gem and mineral shops are quite meaningless- as they print up their own card and include it in your order without having the stone lab verified. It takes a professional meteorologist, mineralogist, or gemologist to be able to determine the composition of your specimen. The only certified meteorite we have had to date was a 2.71 gram Tartak slice, which sold for $295. It was registered under IMCA #3655 from Poland. But rest assured, here at Satin Crystals we are experienced and passionate enough to get you the real deal. I hope this helps. Sincerely, Lisa Satin.
