Which crystal(s) would you recommend for manifestation, bringing luck, good opportunities, miracles etc., especially one(s) that can bring results/shifts rapidly?

I’ve reviewed the A-Z crystal guide available on the site and quite a few crystals and tektites are recommended but I would like the list narrowed down a bit, perhaps providing the top 5 or so.
