Everyone who subscribes to our emails automatically becomes a part of the Satin Crystals VIP club. If you see our newsletters landing in your inbox, you are a part of this club! 

Garnet and Ruby Club members receive an additional email informing you of your status. You also see a discount on your order when you enter the above mentioned club codes.

How do I add a Club Code?

Elite VIP will see a discount when they add codes GARNET3 for Garnet club members and RUBY5 for Ruby club members. When you arrive at the final checkout page, enter your code in the discount box:

Great news! Your club code can be combined with gift cards and most other discount codes. Here is an example of a promotional custom code being utilized at checkout:

Look here! You can add on multiple codes, such as UNBOXED. This is a product discount available to any customer who doesn't need their item in a Satin Crystals purple box and would rather have simpler packaging.

How can I maintain or upgrade my status?

VIP tiers are assigned every 6 months.

Here are the qualifying terms for July, 2024:

  • Ruby & Garnet Club members must make one order between January 1 - June 30 to keep or upgrade their status, while logged into your account. 
  • Satin Crystals Club members can upgrade by making one order between January 1 - June 30 AND spending $300 over the life of their account to enter Garnet Club or $5000 to enter Ruby Club. Be sure you are logged into your account. 
  • To maintain Satin Crystals Club status, members just need to remain on the email list.

Those who do not maintain their status will be removed or reassigned Clubs at the next assessment. However, you can easily bounce back in the following cycle by being active again.

I saw your videos about the crystal stone. I like the clear quartz and expecially the green aventurine.

I was wondering if you have some green aventurine raw without the shining or special shape.

Also I do have some green aventurine peples, but I don’t know how to test if they are real or not.

And do they have to be big to work? Some one told me the bigger the more protection, is it true?

Well, I saw that the video are made 5 years ago so I don’t know if you still have the store.
If you do, were is it?

Hope life is going ok. I’m trying to leave reviews for past purchases but I’m not seeing a place to do that? Do I have to follow from my order, or is there a way for any previous purchase not made w/ my new account? When I follow my previous order it says, no such listing exists anymore, b/c it was a one of a kind thing.
