Dolomite has a distinct saddle-shaped curved crystal and comes in white, brown, yellow and pink colors. Spectacular formations are found in the mountainous Dolomites in Europe. Dolomite encourages generosity and giving of all kinds. It is a particularly good stone for relieving sorrow, soothing hurt, loneliness and anxiety. Dolomite can help balance the Crown and Root Chakras.
