      • I do have another question about placement of the crystals (read a lot of different advice so I’m unclear on it!) Is the sacral chakra about 2” below the naval? And is the solar plexus chakra at the base of where the ribs meet? Or is it right on the naval? 🤨 And what do you find is the best amount of time to spend on each? Thank you so much! Just trying to fine tune things and get the most out of my set!

        This chakra vortex spins through the reproductive system and is centered about 4 inches below the belly button. The energy flows in a clockwise motion through your body and out the backside.
         
        Solar Plexus: https://satincrystals.com/pages/healing-the-3rd-solar-plexus-chakra
        The Solar Plexus chakra vortex spins through the pit of your stomach and is located just above the belly button. Your third chakra exists between the belly button and your breastbone. The energy flows in a clockwise motion through the center of your body and out the backside. 
         
        As to the Solar Plexus, I'd say go about 2 inches above the belly bottom.
         
        Spend several minutes on each chakra, but if some feel more blocked than others, definitely concentrate more time and energy there!

      • Do I need a different tuning with different note/frequency folks for each different chakra and what are the correct fork notes to use on different chakras?

        Hi, for our purposes, we use the tuning fork for its vibrations, so we can use any note/frequency.         Hi Arianna, thank you for your purchase. Yes, you can definitely cleanse your crystals and use them on somebody else.       • I have a mid OM tuning fork...do I have to use the C for the chakra stones? Also do you sell the chakra stone as a set , but separately from the tuning fork? Why use the C fork?

        Hi Vicki, you do not have to use the C tuning fork for the chakras that. You can use anything you wish. We use the tuning fork for the vibration and not the note in this case. We do not sell these chakra stones on their own but it is a possibility if you would like a set.
