Domestic USA Returns
If you would like to return your item for a store credit or exchange within the 30-day time window, Satin Crystals will send you a prepaid label at no cost.
If you would like to return your item for a refund, we will send you a prepaid label and deduct the cost of shipping from your refund. Pre-paid labels must be requested by email.
If you received the wrong item or a damaged item, you can send it back to Satin Crystals for credit or a refund and we cover the shipping label charge. Please request the label by email.
If you choose to self-ship the return, Satin Crystals will not cover the cost of shipping, regardless of the return reason, unless previous arrangements were made with us through email.

Jewelry Repair
Satin Crystals stretch bracelets can be repaired by Sheila. If you are a member of the VIP crystal club, we offer free restringing of Satin Crystals beaded items, up to 2 years from date of purchase.
If you are not a VIP member or your item was not purchased from Satin Crystals, you can get it repaired for a fee.
Do you offer a warranty on your crystals?
Crystals and gemstone jewelry are very fragile and can damage or break easily. They do not come with a warranty.
For warranty options, we suggest contacting your homeowners or renters insurance company. A policy from a company specializing in personal jewelry, such as Jewelers Mutual, can protect your highly valued jewelry.
If your Satin Crystals item breaks within 90-days of your delivery, you may purchase the exact same item again with a 50% courtesy discount (if it's in stock). We will require you to ship back the broken crystal or jewelry before issuing a discount.
