What is your domestic shipping policy?
You love free shipping, and that's why we give you Free Standard Shipping (3-10 business days) for qualified USA orders that are $55 or more.
If you desire faster delivery, you can select Priority Shipping (2-7 business days) at checkout.
Please note that these are estimated delivery windows. There may be delays due to weather or postal incidents.
When will my order ship?
Your package usually ships within 24 hours of placement.
During holiday closures, shipping delays may occur. Holiday alerts are posted clearly on the website banner.
International shipments may experience additional delays. See the International Shipping Policy below for more details.
Where do you ship from?
Our items are shipped from our studio in Oakland, California.
When will my order arrive?
You will receive a tracking number with expected delivery date from the carrier as soon as we dispatch your order.
Once it is handed to the postal carriers, we are unable to control delays. Check your Satin Crystals account for tracking information.
If you believe your package is missing, follow the instructions on the Missing Package page.
Can you ship my order express?
Please contact us if you need Express shipping. This may be available on select orders and zip codes.
What if my package is being returned to sender?
If your package does not successfully deliver and is sent back to us, it is typically due to insufficient address information. This can happen if:
- The shipping address does not exist
- The shipping address is misspelled
- The shipping address is missing information (i.e. apt/bldg/suite number)
- The carrier is unable to safely deliver the package
- The addressee has moved
- The addressee has refused the package
Returned to sender packages will be restocked and you will be refunded for the item, less the original shipping fee. If you would like us to re-ship the item, we will send you an invoice to collect a new shipping fee.
Items returned to Satin Crystals may take longer than normal. International packages may take several months to return through customs offices.
We cannot guarantee your items will be in-stock for reorders.
Can you update my shipping information?
If you contact us before your order has shipped, we will do our best to update your shipping information.
If the order has already shipped, you may be able to intercept the package for a cost. See USPS Package Intercept.
If the package can not be delivered to the address you have provided, it may get returned to Satin Crystals, We can arrange for re-shipping (refer to the answer above).
Make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information for proper delivery. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery.

Help! Is my package missing?
Once in awhile, customers contact us because they do not see their package even though it is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. About 99% of the time, the package was placed in an unusual spot by the carrier or family member, or was sent to a neighbor. Upon looking around the customer is able to find it.

What is your international shipping policy?
We offer DHL Express Worldwide shipping to all countries. DHL shipments include tracking, insurance, and signature confirmation.
We offer US Postal Service shipping to some countries.
Check the shipping calculator at checkout to find your country's shipping rates.
After dispatch, your package will arrive between 3 to 30 days.
Will I have to pay import duty fees?
Yes. Customers are responsible for all taxes collected by their country's customs control. Please consult your country's import fee policy so you are prepared for the charge. Your package will not be released from customs until you pay the import duty fees.
Can you ship to my country?
If you do not see your country listed in the shipping calculator on the cart page, contact us. We will do our best to deliver to your country.
You may also want to consider a shipping forwarding company.
What is a shipping forwarding company?
A shipping or freight forwarder is able to ship items from the USA for a cheaper rate. They will either set you up with a USA address and forward from there or they will ship your things together in bulk with other orders to your country.
- Look up "USA to (insert your country name) shipping" on Google
- For example: "USA to Saudi Arabia shipping" or "USA to Qatar shipping"
- Shipping forwarding options will come up

Do you include a printed invoice?
We do not include a printed invoice unless you request one. You can login to your Satin Crystals account and check your order invoice online.
