Every day is a brand new start. You may have faltered yesterday but this morning you got right back up again. You are one day wiser, brighter, and more aware.
Change can be big or small. It can come on slowly or suddenly. Today, you are going to make it your resolution to change one thing about your habits that no longer serves you.
You are going to retrain thought patterns and tap into your subconscious. You are going to create change with the help of the Howlite crystals in your hands.
To do this, you must first enter a deep subconscious state. The key to accessing your inner mind is by releasing your physical tension and your mental angst.
So close your eyes and take three deep breaths, in and out. With each exhale, stale air escapes from your lungs. With each inhale, fresh energy enters your body. After your three deep breaths, keep breathing and focusing on this cycle.
By focusing on your internal system instead of the external world, your mind relaxes. Reality may be called reality but much of it is made up. Your unique experiences and programming make up your reality. Some of it serves you well while some of it sabotages your success.
The Howlite crystals in your hands are known as stones of Healthy Habits. They open your Crown chakra to the Great Divine. While the Crown chakra is traditionally activated by the color purple, white and white crystals control the highest part of the Crown: the Great Divine.
Feel the energy of your white Howlite crystals opening the gateway of your high Crown chakra, which is located several inches above the center of your head.
Suddenly, a flood of white light enters down, through your mind and brain, infusing you with a calm, cooling, relaxed feeling. Sit tall, breathe deep, and enjoy this soothing spiritual state.

Take one large breath out and notice a beautiful light blue color at your Throat chakra. Tension leaves your neck and throat. You are able to express yourself from a higher state of being.
At this point, your entire head is relaxed. Your eyes, nose, forehead, cheeks, jaw, and little muscles in your scalp and neck. You are a part of the Universal Oneness.
At the center of your chest, a green light turns on. It is laced with a swirling pink glow. Your Heart chakra is flowing with love energy. The midsection of your body receives healing, happiness, and love from above.
Next, a bright yellow light as warm as the sun enters the core of your stomach. Your Solar Plexus chakra is aglow. All your worries vanish. Any clenching muscles that were paralyzed in fear are now relaxed and released. In your joy, you find freedom.
Orange is the next color that you envision in your body. It radiates through your Sacral chakra. This is a vortex of creative energy, sexual energy, and innovative energy. Burst through the blockages that you have formed due to years of baggage and drama. Focus on your present state of happiness.
Down at the base of your spine, a fire-red color appears. Like a flame, it flickers and grows at your Root Chakra. You feel physically stronger. At the same time, your body feels lighter and lighter as you energize.
Finally, through the souls of your feet enters a brown color. This channel of light is created by the planet. It roots and grounds you to the earth. You honor your human side. You are a part of this world.
Your entire body is now full of light and energy. You feel as though you're floating. The weight of the everyday world has been released and you're ready to tap into the greatest depths of your mind.
But first, enjoy this state of total healing for a while longer.
You are here because you want to change. You understand that life and the Universe are all about change. Nothing stays the same, whether you like it or not. So why not dictate the change that you wish to see?
Today, you are going to pick one habit that you wish to eliminate, and then replace it with a healthier option.
Here are 7 examples for your reference:
#1 I stop eating midnight meals. Instead, I do quick stretches before bed.
#2 I stop putting myself down for making mistakes. Instead, I reach for a pen and paper to write down solutions.
#3 I stop making plans with someone who never shows up. Instead, I focus on the people who are there for me.
#4 I stop dating chronically unemployed people. Instead, I look for professionally inclined partners.
#5 I stop overspending when I go shopping. Instead, I write a shopping list beforehand.
#6 I stop talking about doing crystal healing and then never do it. Instead, I join an active metaphysical community.
#7 I stop spending years fantasizing about buying a home. Instead, I go to the realtor and learn my options.
Now it's your turn. You will spend a couple of minutes listening to your intuition and the wisdom of your Howlite stones to discover which change you want to make right now. And, what healthy habit do you wish to replace it with?

Go ahead and state this affirmation to yourself silently three times, loud and clear in your mind. Let it soak deep into your subconscious.
Clarity and awareness are your best friends. You know what you want and you are aware of how to achieve it. Now comes the tricky part...
You have been stuck in an unhealthy pattern because your brain has become accustomed to it. Nerves and channels have formed inside your head that constantly lead you back to the same results. Most human beings are attracted to the path of familiarity even if that means self-sabotage and pain.
You need to take a trip into your brain and rewire the synapse that controls the habit you wish to change. Don't know which part of the brain that is? No worries, you will find it once you enter your head.
When I count to 3, you are going to shrink yourself down to the size of a tiny molecule. 1-2-3, Shrink.
Imagine that you are just a tiny speck. The perfect size to enter one of your ears and travel through the electrical system that is your brain. Like a little electrician, you are going to find the part of the brain which is malfunctioning. It keeps leading you to the same destructive choices and patterns. You are going to repair and rewire it so that it is rerouted to the healthy choice that you have planned.
You will now have a minute to travel and locate the troublesome spot in your mind.
Now that you've found the system malfunction, repair and reroute your electrical circuit so that you default to the healthy habit.
You have successfully reprogrammed your brain and mind. You are no longer stuck in the same old loop. You are free from the old habit and excited for the new.
You may have heard the phrase "old habits die hard." You are the one who will determine how hard or how easy it is to break this habit. Changing habits requires persistence, deliberation, and acceptance. Some days you may fall back but you can always choose to get right back up again.
When you emerge from this meditation, you will also create at least one marker that reminds you to always pick the healthier habit. The more the better.
Here are 7 examples of markers you can create:
#1 I glue a Howlite crystal to a magnet and place it on the fridge. This reminds me to keep the fridge closed at midnight and do a stretch instead.
#2 I buy a special piggy bank. Each time I make a mistake and fix it without getting pessimistic, I drop in a dollar which goes towards self-care.
#3 I decorate my office with photos of people who I can count on. When I am tempted to make plans with a flaky friend, I reach out to a reliable one instead.
#4 I wear an Aventurine bracelet on every first date. One of the first things I discuss with my potential partner is their professional experiences and goals.
#5 I keep a pen and paper handy by the front door so that I have no excuse to go shopping without a list.
#6 I purchase a physical calendar and fill it up with metaphysical events to attend.
#7 I make a vision board featuring my dream home and the financial goals the realtor set for me. I take a photo and make it my phone's background picture.
Now it's your turn. What marker will you create that reminds you to keep on track with success? Pick something that you will actually do and that you can do as soon as possible, preferably as soon as you emerge from this meditation.

You may feel like you are in an altered state of mind after doing this meditation. That's because your frequency has been enhanced to a higher level. Allow yourself time to enjoy this natural high. Then, slowly reintegrate back into the physical world.
