Your spiritual spark is dampened by the daily stress and anxiety of the modern world.
Whether you are feeling pretty good about your spiritual progress or stuck in a rut, today's Lepidolite meditation is going to light your spark brighter. The beautiful stone you have in hand calms your mental state and awakens your Crown chakra. You are ready to reconnect to your higher realm and rediscover your purpose once more.
One of the most crucial steps to connecting with the spiritual side is relaxing your mind. Put to rest the daily thoughts that are racing through your brain. Most of them are centered around the mundane anyway.
Start by taking three deep breaths in and out. With each inhale, you take in Lepidolite's calm and healing vibrations. With each exhale, you intentionally release the worries of your world.
