How do I use a pendulum for dowsing?
Follow these instructions to pendulum dowse on your own. While some people may find their crystal pendulum to be responsive immediately, others may need to practice over a few days, weeks, or months.

Choose a crystal pendulum and place it in your giving hand (right hand if you are right-handed, left hand if you are left-handed).

Hold the pendulum by the end of the chain. The end should be placed between your thumb and forefinger.

Place it 1-2” over your receiving hand (other hand).

Relax. Breathe. Don’t try too hard.

Focus your intention on the pendulum and ask it (aloud or mentally) to “Show me YES”. The pendulum will move in a certain direction. This is the direction of “YES” for you with this particular pendulum.

Tell the pendulum to “STOP”, and wait for the movement to still.
