How do I place an order to an International address?
We ship to many countries outside of the USA, but not all. Please refer to the International Shipping page for orders outside of the USA.
How does the Free Shipping work?
We are happy to offer free standard shipping to all addresses in the USA. If you need the item faster, please upgrade to Express or Priority shipping options for a fee. Here you can read more about the Shipping Policies.
Do you offer discounts on your products?
Our prices are fixed so that we can focus on bringing you the best crystals and customer service. Occasionally we will provide promotions exclusively to our VIP Club members only.
How do I join the VIP Club?
The Satin Crystals VIP Club is free to join. You just have to enter your information on the VIP Club page and confirm your membership via email. You can then sit back, relax and read about upcoming promotions, happenings, videos and pre-launches in your email inbox.
The item I like is out of stock. When is it coming back?
If the item you are looking for is out of stock, make sure to click the "in stock alert" on the product page and we'll notify you when the item is back in stock. Depending on the size of the screen, the notification link may just be shaped like an EYE.
However, many of our items are one-of-a-kind or can not be restocked for long periods of time because of the unique nature of organic stones. In this case, we are happy to recommend alternatives to you. Just contact us directly or ask your question on the product page and we will answer you there.
Can I login to my Amazon account to pay?
Yes, you can choose Amazon Pay at checkout. Any of the payment methods available in your Amazon account can be used with Amazon Pay. Note that Amazon.com gift cards entered into your Amazon account cannot be used when making purchases with Amazon Pay on third-party websites.
Where is my package? My package is missing.
Very rarely, you may encounter a missing delivery. Most of the times the package is easily found in an unexpected place around your house, with a family member or neighbor. We have tips on how to proceed if you do not locate your Satin Crystals package. Don't worry, we are with you all the way!
Do your stones come with certificates of authenticity?
Sometimes people will ask if a Satin Crystals gemstone or meteorite comes with a certificate of authenticity. The answer is 'No'. Most of the COA's offered by other gem and mineral shops are quite meaningless- as they print up their own card and include it in your order without having the stone lab verified. It takes a certified meteorologist, mineralogist, or gemologist to be able to determine the composition of your specimen, and most retailers are not qualified to do this yet they offer a certificate anyhow.
The only properly certified meteorite we have had to date was a rare 2.71 gram Tartak slice, which sold for $295. It was registered under IMCA #3655 from Poland.
But rest assured, we have studied crystals, crystal healing, and mineralogy for several years and have developed a keen eye for authenticity. Here at Satin Crystals we are experienced and passionate enough to get you the real deal.
My stone broke, what do I do?
Because they are sensitive to hard impacts, natural crystals may break, chip or fracture if they fall. However, you have a few options:
1. You can glue the stone back together.
2. You can glue the stone back together and wire wrap over it to make a new design and cover up the fracture line.
How do I know what size jewelry to order?Please refer to your Jewelry Size Guide for a better understanding of our jewelry sizing.
What if I ordered the wrong size jewelry?If you accidentally order the wrong size jewelry, just send it back to us for re-sizing. We create beaded and wire wrapped jewelry and can possibly re-size these pieces for you. The metal jewelry can not be resized by us, but we are happy to exchange these pieces for you; just send an email or contact message!
How to do take advantage of Free Restringing?
If you are part of our VIP Club, we offer you complimentary restringing for up to 2 years after purchase. Please contact us before shipping the item back to us. You will only be asked to pay for one-way shipping to our studio. Once received, we will restring and ship it back to you. If you are not a member of our VIP Club, we offer restringing services for a fee.
Do you make custom jewelry sizes?
We offer a wide range of sizes in our jewelry. For bracelets we offer 5.5" to 8.25" in length. If you need anything smaller or larger, contact us and we can make a custom size for you! Our necklaces range from 14" to 32". Again, if you need a different length, just let us know.
Do you make custom jewelry designs?
We do not offer custom jewelry designs at this time. However, if they are small requests to substitute stones in existing jewelry, it may be a possibility. Please contact us and we will let you know if it's possible!
All crystal healing information should be used in addition rather than as a substitute to medical treatments. Healing crystals are collectibles and entertainment items. They are not a replacement or supplement to medical care.
