How do you prepare for the Shungite meditation?
Shungite crystals and a positive mindset are essential for your meditation session. This meditation focuses on cleansing and protecting the environment in your home or residence, and is best done in that particular place.
Begin by cleansing the energy of your space with sage, incense, palo santo, or candlelight. Add Shungite stones to vital rooms in the home. For each room you wish to protect, place one or more Shungite stones in that room. If you need Shungite, we suggest getting a set of tumbled stones or picking whatever attracts you from the Satin Crystals Shungite Collection.
If you have a limited availability of Shungite crystals, hold the first one in your hand and plant any additional ones around the house, office, or residence. Wear your Shungite jewelry for a powerful experience.
After you are set up, prepare a glass of water and a pair of Moqui Marbles, or your favorite grounding Earth Stones. Keep them nearby so you can easily grab them right after the meditation. The Moqui Marbles and the water help you anchor back to reality after your etheric body has been floating through the spiritual realm.

Today, you have decided to cleanse and protect the energy of your home or residence. It is easy to see dirt and clutter when it piles up in your spaces. Yet it can be difficult to notice the toxic frequencies and negativity vibrations that also build up. You may forget that the energetic environment needs to be cleansed and protected routinely, just like the physical."
From the Body:
"Your home will feel so much better once it’s cleansed by Shungite. Let’s begin with the very room you are sitting in. Or if you wish to cleanse a different space from where you are now, simply visualize yourself sitting there instead.
The Shungite crystal in your hand, and any other Shungite you had placed in this room before the meditation, begins to buzz. Imagine the Shungite sending out a high frequency in all directions of the room. Any low frequencies that get in its path immediately extinguish into nothingness.
You may not have seen these low energies before, but now that your Third Eye is open, you might notice a pile-up of bad memories in one corner. Perhaps a bunch of toxic buildup from a computer or cell phone in another corner. There might even be negative thoughts bouncing off the walls. Ones that you had put there yourself, or the bad intentions of others that have infiltrated your space.
Zap them all away with Shungite!"
What do I do Post-Meditation?
Immediately following the meditation, you may feel like you are in an altered state of mind. That's because your frequency has been enhanced to a higher level than normal. Allow yourself time to enjoy this natural high, and slowly reintegrate back to the physical world.
Hold onto your Moqui stones to completely realign back with reality, and drink the water that was placed nearby.
When you are in a comfortable mental state, you can begin reflecting upon your experience. Share your thoughts, feelings, and visions with others in the meditation group.
If you practiced the meditation alone, you can journal your experiences or simply enjoy the sensations. Think about the messages and visions you experienced, and how they can help you in life.
