How to Wear Adjustable Rings

Why wear adjustable rings?

Adjustable rings allow you to wear the same ring on multiple fingers. It allows you to buy jewelry online with ease knowing you can adjust the metal to your preferred length. 

How do you wear adjustable rings?

To properly wear your adjustable ring, gently pry open the metal, place it on your preferred finger, and gently squeeze the metal to form it around your finger. 

Never yank or push the metal with too much force or it can be left permanently out of shape. 

Other adjustable rings may have tabs at the end to fold over at your desired length. In this case: 

  1. Adjust the band to your desired size.

  2. Squeeze the locking tabs together from the sides with smooth pliers.

  3. Fold the locking tabs over the band and trim off the excess metal.

  4. Alternately, squeeze the ring to your desired size and wear it as-is if the tabs do not bother you.
