  • Hi Sheila, Please let me know whenever the garnet becomes available. I'd also be interested in any Crystals (braclets) that could help with the lower chakras. I feel like I am stuck in the base chakras. Like most of my energy is trapped there. Not sure if that makes sense. I'm new to this scene. It's like all my energy is trapped in the 1st 3 primal chakras. I'd like to somehow free up that energy and be more balanced. It just feels like I am in survival mode the majority of the time. I do and have had high anxiety my entire life so that is surely a culprit but anything you could suggest would be greatly appreciated. Best regards.
